the free breakfast was acceptable.
it sprayed water out the back, even after maintenance supposedly fixed it. they suggested i not pull it back so hard, a malfunctioning faucet.

I found the room clean and spacious. it had a microwave and a mini-fridge, which i appreciated. a free breakfast was available each morning. It offered good choices. the staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with directions.

the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes, great for a quick workout. i noticed the business center provided two computers with printers and comfortable chairs. complimentary coffee and tea were available in the lobby throughout the day.

A pizza place and other food options were conveniently located across the street. a drug store and a starbuck's were only a block away. This made getting necessities easy. the trans canada highway was also conveniently only 1 km away!!!

the front desk offered quick and efficient assistance with check-in. i observed the staff promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests, which i found very efficient. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my visit.

the staff was very professional. the breakfast offered a really good amount of options. the rooms were clean and well-equipped for the time of year. i felt very comfortable. the staff showed patience and respect.
the underground parking was quite tight. it required careful maneuvering.

the hotel is near the center and the exit to north. public transportation is convenient with bus stops just outside the hotel. a variety of good restaurants are located within walking distance enhancing dining options.

the room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. the complimentary breakfast was fresh. the hotel had convenient underground parking. i walked everywhere i needed to go and felt safe.
the shower step was quite high potentially posing a fall hazard. i think replacing it with a walk-in shower would improve accessibility.
